    Description

    Job Title: Talent Acquisition

    Client: Elite Fintech Firm

    Salary: Up to £60,000 Starting Base + Impressive benefits/bonus package

    Location: Central London Office

    Role Responsibilities (full spec. avail):

    • Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Handle candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.
    • Compile data and create reports on Diversity and Inclusion efforts.
    • Keep candidates updated on their application status.
    • Assist recruiters with various administrative tasks.
    • Manage special projects as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Practical experience in either:

    -Internal recruitment coordination/acquisition role, preferably within a FinTech or Buy-Side

    -External/Agency recruitment position ideally recruiting into a FinTech/Fund client base (impressive placement/billing record required)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Strong knowledge of the market
    • Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and a collaborative approach.

    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with recruitment tools/systems- i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards, Greenhouse etc
