    Area Sales Manager

    The Company Recruiting for Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals:

    Due to expansion, this is a rare opportunity to join a global manufacturing company which has been established for nearly 100 years and employs more than 20,000 people around the world.     The Purpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals:

    As Area Sales Manager, your remit will be to sell a comprehensive range of high-quality sealants and adhesives to an established customer base of specialist applicators across a territory covering the Midlands and Wales. The focus of the role will be to build a close relationship with these customers and be their supply partner of choice. Another key aspect of the role will be to create product demand by working with house builders and developers to be the specified manufacturer.

    For the position of Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

    • Must have 2 years field sales experience selling into the construction industry, ideally contractors at site level
    • Ambitious and driven to further their career
    • Excellent team working ability
    • Great relationship and account management skills
    • Driving licence & experience of using a CRM system

    Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals:

    • £43,000 - £48,000 base salary DoE, plus 22% bonus, uncapped
    • Company car, hybrid and fully electric models available or allowance
    • Superb pension - up to 10% company contribution

    • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
