    The position is an exciting combo of project management and continuous improvement management within a growing business.


    PMO Responsibilities:
    Act as PMO representative and PMO Process OwnerDrive a sense of urgency and accountability relative to project performance and key milestonesGuide employees in developing new or revising existing standard operating proceduresProject execution map and associated stage deliverablesPM workbook (Risks, Issues, Change Management, lessons learned, financial summary, etc)

    Root cause and corrective action relating to degradationCI Responsibilities:
    Plan, develop, and execute Continuous Improvement activitiesProvide insights and recommendations for the annual strategic planning processBe involved in the prioritization of CI initiativesCoach the organization towards best-in-class use of the toolRequired/Desirable skills:A minimum of 5 years experience deploying Lean Six Sigma, including experience in both direct and indirect (transactional) processesMust have experience with custom-engineered solution businesses, ideally Automation Machinery ManufacturingPMI certified preferredSix Sigma Green Belt and/or SME Silver Lean certification required; Black Belt certification highly desirableWilling and able to travel frequently to company locations in the UK, infrequent travel to North America and EuropeApply here or reach out to me for a confidential
