    Angove is in a period of exciting growth and, as a result, is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our London team. You will become a part of an incredible division of recruiters specialising in the Insurance and Financial Services market.

    What you will be doing?

    • You will be responsible for providing an excellent experience to candidates and supporting clients by attracting exceptional talent.
    • Conducting effective research and mapping of our markets.
    • Building long-lasting relationships with candidates to place them into active positions by interviewing them to understand their suitability, experience, and motivations.
    • Advertising current vacancies, seeking out referrals, and headhunting to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our business. Your strategic thinking and persuasive skills will drive our growth while establishing professional relationships within the market.
    • Achieving set targets and deadlines.
