    Lead Your Team to Public Sector Success Join Trustmarque as Head of Central Government , Public Sector Sales

    Trustmarque is seeking a Head of Government, Public Sector Sales to spearhead our expansion within the Central Government and public sector.

    In this pivotal role, you'll be the strategic mastermind crafting winning sales strategies, building enduring client relationships, and guiding a dynamic team of sales professionals to exceed expectations.

    Motivate and empower a team of public sector sales specialists and account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.


    Chart the Course:
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts, ensuring we achieve our ambitious revenue and profit targets.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and driving sustainable growth.

    Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction, providing insightful feedback and guidance to empower your team to consistently exceed KPIs.


    Embrace Collaboration:
    Work seamlessly with fellow sales managers, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

    A seasoned sales leader:

    You possess provenof experience selling services in the central government or public sector, ideally within the IT solutions and services domain.

    You have experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achieving impressive results.

    A public sector expert:

    You possess a strong understanding of the government and associated public sector landscape, its challenges, and its evolving opportunities.

    You excel at building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.

    Willing to travel:
    You embrace the opportunity to travel within the UK to meet with clients and partners.
