    I am recruiting for afantastic leisure job in Bromley for a leading leisure operator inthe Health & Fitness sector. This is an incredibly excitinggrowing Leisure Management business. I am looking for an organisedproactive individual with a passion for compliance health &safety and doing the right thing This is a leisure job not to bemissed.

    In this role you will work closely withthe team across the contract whilst maintaining effective andstrong relationships with all key stakeholders. This is amultifaceted diverse facility. You might have previous experiencein a similar role in the leisure industry or maybe looking to movefrom a similar field into a career in health & fitness.

    As a Compliance Manager you will haveresponsibility to ensure there is compliance across the entirebusiness. Whether this is safety standards ensuring that thecontract with the client is fulfilled working with key stakeholdersor contractors. You will need to be a pleasure to work alongsidebut a stickler for the rules and be able to stick to your guns whenbeing challenged to bend them.

    • Conductinternal audits to assess compliancelevel
    • Monitor regulatory changes and updatepolicies accordingly
    • Oversee regulatoryreporting processes
    • Provide guidance oncompliance matters to employees
    • Investigate anycompliance issues orviolations

    • Attention to detail and abilityto work independently
    • The ability to producereports and present findings to seniorteam
    • Previous experience in a compliance basedrole
