    Position:
    School Finance Officer


    Role:
    Temp to Perm

    45 per hour (FTE annual salary, £30,003 - £33,957 per annum, spinal point 12-20 depending on experience)
    Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30pm (term time only)
    Duration: 6-8 weeks (possible perm contract at the end)

    Our client is a three form entry Primary School based in Dagenham who are rated 'Good' via Ofsted.


    They are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to take on the responsibility of the day to day financial & HR administration of the school.

    The role would initially be on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks however if the spell is successful you will be considered for the permeant recruitment of the role.


    To provide Finance and HR administration support to the School Business Manager and Head teacher and contribute to the smooth running of the school office.


    Demonstrable working knowledge of the principles and methods of financial control, reporting and the financial software and systems required to achieve this.

    Proven track record in financial, business and administrative experience

    Experience in operating computerised financial systems.

    A strong administrator with experience of working in a school office environment

    Excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office and databases

    Relevant accountancy qualification isn't essential, but would be advantageous.
