    We are looking for a Broker Distribution Major Account Manager to join our Canary Wharf team of Account Managers.

    Reporting to the Head of Major Account Management, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the renewal of a portfolio of policies within our Major client base.

    What you will do:

    • Negotiate and renew a portfolio of policies to grow and retain profitable business in accordance with company strategy.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, brokers & internal departments, to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Implement agreed Account Management plan (where appropriate) for clients within the portfolio to ensure we manage clients expectations.
    • Fully develop close relationships with brokers, direct business in order to meet business objectives.
    • Work within Company guidelines & authority levels.

    What you will bring:

    • Experience in a Financial Sales/Servicing Environment.
    • Good working knowledge of the Company's products and services.
    • Sound knowledge of the credit insurance market, including brokers and competitors.
