    Job Description:


    As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while assisting clients in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their requirements.

    Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice, and achieving sales targets.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Engagement:

    • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing rapport and building trust.
    • Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, guiding them through the vehicle selection process.
    • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Kia vehicles.

    Sales Generation:

    • Proactively identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads generated through various channels, including walk-ins, phone inquiries, and digital platforms.
    • Present vehicle options and financing solutions tailored to customers' budgets and preferences.
    • Negotiate terms of sale, including price, trade-in value, and financing arrangements, to secure a mutually beneficial agreement.

    Customer Service Excellence:

    • Provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience for customers.
    • Address any questions or concerns raised by customers promptly and professionally, demonstrating product knowledge and expertise.
    • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

    Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and vehicle inventory using dealership CRM systems.
    • Prepare sales contracts, finance agreements, and other relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with the finance and administrative teams to facilitate the timely completion of transactions.

    Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Stay updated on the latest products, features, and promotions through ongoing training and self-study.
    • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers effectively.
    • Enthusiasm for Kia vehicles and a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.
    • Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software applications.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
