- Negotiate terms of sale, including price, trade-in value, and financing arrangements, to secure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience for customers.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by customers promptly and professionally, demonstrating product knowledge and expertise.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and vehicle inventory using dealership CRM systems.

- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
