    Fundraising and Training Engagement Officer for a fantastic charity

    Salary: £31,400 - £36,400

    Location: London – hybrid working (must live within the M25)

    Our client, a well-known London charity dedicated to saving lives, is seeking a Fundraising and Training Engagement Officer to manage fundraiser relationships and training programmes.

    This role offers the opportunity to work directly with fundraising teams, providing face-to-face training, updates, and support for fundraising initiatives. You will also collaborate with the Direct Marketing Manager to drive donations for key campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver training to fundraising teams
    • Develop training materials
    • Work with external partners and medical staff
    • Monitor fundraising initiatives

    Requirements:

    • Experience in charity or not-for-profit sectors
    • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
    • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
    • Ability to deliver information face-to-face
    • Knowledge of compliance and charity standards
