    Account Specialist - Future Opportunity

    Even though this job isn't available right now, we're actively looking for exceptional Account Specialists all over the UK, to join our team in all AbbVie therapeutic areas. By expressing your interest, you'll enter our exclusive talent pool, and a Talent Acquisition Specialist will get in touch with you. You'll be actively considered for future Account Specialist opportunities.

    Role Objectives

    Be the direct contact for key stakeholders to be the main executor of the infield brand strategy. Develop customer relationships whilst maximizing opportunities based on strong cross functional account plans.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual expected volume/sales growth and performance for territory in line with agreed goals and objectives
    • Capacity to organize and manage stakeholder meetings, training, medical education as examples
    • Identifies, develops and maintains disease state external experts and speakers/advocates.
    • Adheres to industry and Abbvie compliance requirements at all times.
    • Has a deep understanding of the multi-stakeholder environment.
    • Regularly analyses and reports on sales performance, to facilitate ongoing data driven decision making.
    • Proactively initiates, develops, and implements a growth plan to develop in current position and prepare for future opportunities.
    • Identifies opportunities and uses innovation practices to overcome barriers.
    • Responds to critical business opportunities and threats

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experienced secondary care account manager
    • Relevant industry sales experience in healthcare
    • Action planning & Budget management

    Competencies

    • Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally and with partners outside of team to enable higher performance
    • Motivates and can influence others, including those over whom they have no direct authority
    • Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team player
