    Description
    We are seeking an experienced Team Leader on behalf of a Huddersfield-based Accountancy Practice to join their forward-thinking business.

    As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the office, managing a team, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to their clients.

    This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and excellent communication abilities.

    Our client makes sure their employees are recognised for their hard work through award ceremonies, give back to their local community and have clear progression opportunities.

    With a salary of up to £60,000 dependant on experience, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Manager to take the next step in their accountancy career.

    Attending networking events on behalf of the business
    Demonstrate a high level of leadership to manage, not only your own work but that of the office and assign jobs and tasks to your team
    Producing and monitoring budgets for office revenues
    Approaching the board with proposals for the office to deliver service to clients
    You'll have the autonomy to guide your clients, backed by a team that appreciates your insights through building relationships

    You'll be eligible for an annual bonus, which is based on both company and individual performance

    Proven experience in a leadership role within an Accountancy Practice
    Budget management skills
    Strong organisational and time-management abilities
    A good understanding of the fundamentals of accountancy principles and basic accountancy practices
    ACA/ ACCA finalist or qualified, or qualified by experience with a minimum of AAT Level 4
    Strong experience with Sage business cloud, Sage 50, Xero or other cloud based software would be advantageous
