Description

Job Description: As a SAP S4/HANA Support Analyst (SD), you will operate within a fast-paced, evolving environment alongside a team of accomplished professionals. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape its development as we expand our operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new functionalities across our global venture.

Responsibilities:

Manage SAP 1st and 2nd line incidents for the Commercial Sales team, employing sound knowledge of change, incident, and problem management methodologies.
Prioritize and address end user requests promptly and efficiently.
Serve as a liaison between the business and IT, coordinating with third-party providers in the commercial sales domain.
Maintain comprehensive and current documentation for easy reference within the team.

Requirements:

University degree preferred.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
Proficiency in SAP SD, preferably within automotive or manufacturing sectors.
Strong understanding of Business Partner setup and other SD master data.
Previous involvement in SD configuration and development across multiple projects.
Familiarity with other SAP Modules such as FI and MM, with particular emphasis on FI.
Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems.
Ability to manage and organize Fiori tiles.
Background in SAP Business Analysis, encompassing investigation, analysis, design, build, and testing of applications.
Working knowledge of SAP and its integration points with other modules.

Compensation and Work Arrangement:
