    Description

    Strategic role requiring the creation and implementation of a national market access strategy, to increase market access by identifying, winning, and optimising formulary listings within wound care, lymphology & phlebology.

    Create a national market access strategy and drive formulary inclusions
    # Identify new business opportunities, utilising available data to enable highly effective strategic planning and targeting of business opportunities
    # Develop flexible solutions for Trust/Community accounts to maximize implementation and adoption across the designated portfolio
    # Position Thuasne as the Industry partner of choice and utilise the partnership offering with senior NHS stakeholders to innovate access for target accounts, ultimately resulting in formulary inclusion
    # Organise and manage customer meetings and share goals and outcomes of meetings/accounts effectively with matrix team
    # Work collaboratively with Marketing and Business Unit Sales Team to maximise sales where Thuasne products are adopted


    Skills:
    Ability to create and influence new business opportunities. Excellent customer and account management. Strong strategic planning and organisational skills. Ability to interpret and analyse sales data. In depth NHS Knowledge, including key policy drivers and organisational structure particularly within the ICS.
