- Uploading, validating and quality checking orders received from customers within set SLA's.
- Referring jobs back to the customer.
- Answering internal & external stakeholders with job queries proactively.
- Emailing job packs to the relevant Planning Manager.
- Daily updates of Force – our clients' database system.
- Responsible for the Emergency Response Service (ERS) phone within working hours.
- Validating drawings on job packs, 'as-builts' and supplier invoices.
- Processing applications to Virgin Media.
- Uploading documents and processes onto EOS database.
- Responsible for storing backup information correctly on the system.
- Exceptions payments, reporting, and dealing with Deviation from Estimates (DFE's).
- Control of work in progress, ensuring sales targets are met, and any other duties with the accountabilities of the post.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages incl Excel, Word and databases.
- Teamwork – Ability to work well with others in a strong team environment.
- Personal accountability – Organised, great time management, and has a proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate and listen effectively.
