    We need a Network Support Handler to join our Performance Function team based in our Haywards Heath, West Sussex office.

    This is a hybrid role, so you will spend 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office, Monday to Friday.

    Your main role will be to complete general administration and housekeeping duties for the Network and Engineering teams. Manage the Non-Network repair process
    Comply with the requirements, and act in accordance with, the Group Code of Conduct and Fitness and Propriety policies at all times
    Ability to understand the motor claims administration processes
    Understanding of claims in motor insurance
    Good understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office
    A flexible approach and positive attitude
    Strives to deliver performance targets and drive business improvements to contribute to the success of the business
