    Job summary

We are looking to recruit to a full time Quality Support Officer role, to provide administration and programme support, during core office hours, to the ICB Quality Team and Deputy Directors of Nursing and Quality. There are already 2 established posts, but we are now in a position to recruit to a 3rd post in order to meet the demands of the workload.

The role includes a range of routine tasks alongside the requirement to respond to changing needs of the team and support the reactive demands of the services the team supports. An ability to effectively manage your time and prioritise tasks in response to changing demands is essential. In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate a passion and drive for improving patient experience and patient safety and will have a patient centred focus at all times. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and is keen to develop their skills.

If you have a patient centred approach and can demonstrate a passion and drive for improving patient safety and patient experience, our supportive and committed team look forward to hearing from you.

    Main duties of the job

The successful post holder will provide a comprehensive, effective, and efficient administrative support service as a member of the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board Quality and Nursing Team. The role is hugely varied and whilst the main elements of the role are administrative, using a hybrid approach of office based and home working, there are occasional opportunities to support the Quality Team with quality visits with system providers. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will have contact with a range of system providers across a range of staff groups working at different levels of seniority.

    About us

The Team consists of individuals from a wide range of professional backgrounds who all bring different knowledge, experience and skills to support holistic and collaborative working. We are a small friendly team who meet regularly to support each other and facilitate innovative thinking.

You will join an established small team of Quality Support Officers and be expected to work closely together offering support and cover across the team.

Lincolnshire ICB offers a range of staff benefits in line with Agenda for Change terms and conditions, such as a competitive annual leave allowance, and access to the NHS Pension Scheme. In addition, there is access to learning and development opportunities, health and wellbeing support such as staff networks and an employee assistance programme.
