    IT Support Analyst

    Working for this leading Digital Technology company, a new and exciting role now exists within this fun and vibrant employer and their Support team. Working within the Product Implementation & Support team, you are part of a team of customer facing professionals responsible for daily post sales support and ongoing IT support.

    You'll be offering valuable and critical Remote support and expertise to a host of prestigious customers and you will provide an efficient and precise support service. Typically, you'll be involved with software deployments, Bespoke hardware and software maintenance and support, network configuration and general operational IT Hardware and Software support duties in areas of O365, MS Outlook, Laptops, Voice Comms, Integration and App Add ons.

    Suitable candidates must have a problem solving mind, an ability to build relationships and desire to gain valuable hands-on IT experience. Other skills you'll have may consist of:

    • PC's, hardware and peripherals
    • O365 (MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams)
    • Levels of analytical and problem solving capabilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent client facing skills
    • Friendly and sociable
    • a desire to progress within an IT business
