    Description
    Madison Berkeley is excited to be working with a boutique commercial office agency with a fantastic track record. They are well established and are led by one of London's most sought-after commercial property professionals. They are looking for a self-motivated office agent to join the growing team. You will work across landlord leasing and tenant rep and gain immediate exposure to their client list.

    They are ideally looking for a newly qualified surveyor who is wanting to move to a smaller business to gain greater autonomy and exposure in the market.


    Some of the key responsibilities will include:

    Assist in compiling database of sole agency / Landlord leasing instruction targetsAssist with all aspects of Tenant RepGenerate, maintain & update property listings on Agents Society, External property portals, Website, Valve & Broker listingsUndertake pro-active daily calling – being consistent and persistent with agents to generate viewings / interest in property listingsFirst responder mentality to all relevant requirements and deal prospectsBe knowledgeable about all property listings and undertake viewings with high energy and in a professional manner citing accurate and relevant building specification detailsEfficiently, effectively and diligently compile schedules of properties based on the client brief utilising Agents SocietyDevelop and speak knowledgeably about the office market, including relevant market rents, rent free incentives, fit out packages, current and future market trendsPlease do apply directly or email for more information.
