- Production of works orders, barcode and pallet labels
- Creating loading sheet and delivery notes for products
- Preparation of containers loading sheets and production of export documents
- Assisting colleagues with duties and additional seasonal office work (reception, phone)
- Entering purchase orders and follow up if needed
- Setting new accounts -Ultra/NetSuite
- Booking with freight forwarder and setting outbound movements on the system– UK & Europe etc.
- Preparation of documentation for International Loads (Europe etc.)
- Booking containers with freight forwarder, setting movements on the system
- Dealing with 3rd parties for export certifications (ie Lincolnshire Chamber Of Commerce, Jary, APHA)
- Sending documents//samples by courier
- Checking Princes stock on weekly basis – setting call offs, printing labels for request
- Arranging for samples to be collated and sent to relevant parties
- Oversee the ADM Long Sutton shared data files
- Any other role, ie admin/support related tasks as requested by line manager. Your Profile
- One year's experience of working in an administrative role essential.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft IT software – Outlook, Word, Excel utilising skills into using bespoke systems. Capabilities

- Highly organised and motivated to deliver outstanding administration support.

ADM Agriculture operates from locations throughout England and offers a people-based quality service to farmers and consumers. As well as providing an integrated supply chain to ADM's UK assets in milling and oil seed crushing, ADM Agriculture supply a full range of non-grain feed ingredients to the feed and fuel markets, alongside a comprehensive range of seed and fertiliser products.Responsibilities & Role Purpose
