- Identify, qualify and quantify opportunities to develop sales pipeline.

- MSc degree in business/economics, real estate, finance, innovation or other related field
- 4-8 years sales or business development experience. Experience with tech, SaaS, AI or real estate sectors is an advantage.
- Strong business acumen and proven track record of building and driving revenue growth, achieving sales quotas and business targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior executives.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation, entrepreneurship and technology's role in shaping the future of real estate.

We are a team of 30 highly skilled people situated in Oslo and London and seek to expand the UK sales team with talented sales specialists/business development manager that share our growth mindset.
Position Overview: We see you as a crucial part our sales and business development team to ensure we continue to grow our business in the UK and globally. As a full-cycle sales role, we expect you to generate new business, work on deals and close sales. You will also support our revenue goals and team quotas and to take part in prospecting, pitching, facilitating deals, unlocking deals, challenging our customers and wider business development activities supporting our growth. You will work primarily within the UK market, but also supporting the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
