    Description

    We're searching for a confident individual with excellent attention to detail to join aCommercial/ B2B Energy Consultancy as an Energy Account Manager, based in Harrogate.

    ~£20 Days Holiday (increased by 1 day per year of service up to 25 days) + Bank Holidays
    ~ Excellent Training & Development Opportunities
    ~You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients whilst also recognising opportunities to upsell additional services to increase the revenues from each account. As you'll be responsible for the growth of our client's accounts, we are searching for an individual who can quickly and easily build rapport with senior stakeholders.
    Managing your portfolio of accounts whilst maximising retention levels and revenues.
    Creating opportunities to cross sell water contracts, MOP contracts and PPA contracts.
    Liaise with clients and suppliers via email and telephone.
    Working with clients and suppliers to resolve queries such as billing issues, contract issues and other discrepancies.
    Collecting and recording accurate information into the CRM system for future reference.
    Researching businesses locally and nationally that may have a need for our client's products and services.
    Supporting the Operations Manager and Business Development Manager with other business critical functions.
    1-2 years' account management or sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
    ~ Experience within the Energy Industry ( but not essential).
    ~ Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Excel & Word).
