    Day shift to 16.00 or 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and 07.00 to 12.00 on Fridays, with designated breaks

    Opportunity Summary:

    We have a vacancy within our Accounts department and are currently recruiting for the role of Assistant Finance Controller. We are looking for candidates who are seeking an opportunity to join our team and develop their skills.

    Role Accountabilities:

    Compliance with pension regulations.
    Responsible for checking weekly timesheets.
    Ensure weekly overtime is approved.
    Create timesheet reports and analysis.
    Responsible for monthly payroll.
    Ensure compliance with pension regulations.
    Create payroll reports and analysis.
    Assist with general Accounts tasks, such as: Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Cash Book.

    Person Specification:

    A minimum of 3 years previous payroll experience for 50+ headcount.
    Ability to work in a varied role.
    Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
    Attention to detail, good quality and accuracy.
    Adherence to standard operating procedures.
    Effective communication skills.
