- Ensure health and safety best practices are proactively promoted and implemented across all levels, including contractors.
- Manage the implementation of standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
- Assist with audits, investigations, and the management of recommendations, while supporting company initiatives and providing professional advice.
- Undertake site inspections, escalate concerns, liaise with clients, and fulfil on-call duties as necessary.
- Carry out other duties as directed and potentially lead a team or conduct appraisals when required.
- NEBOSH certificate essential, with a relevant degree
- Professional Membership in the CMIOSH
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety advisory role.
- Proven track record in team management
- Extensive experience as a Lead Auditor
- Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Private Medical
