- Proven business development experience selling products, services or solutions
- Experience operating within the Financial Services, Tech, Engineering, Public Sector or Life Sciences markets

Day to day:
The main purpose of the job is to develop and expand net fees within designated portfolios of Silver, Gold, and Platinum clients. Organisations that have, and are currently working with SThree already, to develop and improve our service offerings. Not just by upselling workforce solutions, but also cross selling to penetrate and maximise scale of opportunity for all the brands within the SThree STEM brands. This involves fostering key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally within client portfolios. Additionally, the role entails identifying potential new clients within specific regions and sectors for acquisition.
This is very much a 180 type role, with a focus on the client / business development, with no resourcing responsibilities. A key strategic hire for SThree and will operate on many levels.
