    This role plays a pivotal part within our experiential delivery team to produce extraordinary events both in the UK and overseas.

    You will work closely with the Account Management Team and Clients direct to bring visions and ideas into reality.

    Your extensive experience of organising large scale conferences and thought leadership events will enable you to get beneath the surface of what the client wants and add true value to their experience.

    You will not only have creative flair but an ability to plan and manage large scale events, working with marketing and technical production teams to seamlessly pull events together, ensuring the final result is everything the client expects and more.


    Event Conceptualisation and Planning:

    Spearhead the ideation and planning phases, translating client visions into actionable event concepts that align with our commitment to sustainability.

    # Execution Excellence :

    Oversee end-to-end event execution, ensuring seamless operations, comprehensive budget management, meticulous attention to detail, and an unforgettable participant experience.

    # Foster strong client relationships by understanding their goals, maintaining open communication, and providing expert guidance throughout the event production journey.
    # Consistently add value, proactively work with clients to grow their portfolio of events with us, embedding Marble as their "go to" agency.
    # Global Event Management:

    Navigate the intricacies of international event production, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a consistent and exceptional event experience across borders.

    # Infuse sustainability principles into every aspect of event production, working closely with clients who share our commitment to positive environmental and social impact.
    # Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with a cross-functional team, collaborating with them to deliver on our promise of excellence and innovation in event production.

    Extensive experience of working on large scale conference and thought leadership experiences
    Demonstrable experience in converting enquiries to long term partnerships
    Creative flair to bring client ideas to life
    Strong financial acumen
    Exceptional event project management skills

    We operate a flexible working environment with a combination of working from home (2 days per week) and working from the office format plus flexible working hours when commuting to and from work.
