    An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis Vision Finance Team.

    This role will have responsibility for partnering with and supporting the country Business Unit Finance (BUF) with financial planning, reporting, and analytical activities.

    The role will support the Vision Care EMEA Western Cluster, which is subject to change.
    Lead financial planning and forecasting activities in collaboration with the BUF.

    • Consolidate analysis and commentary to ensure plans are based on solid assumptions and robust data, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
    • Deliver standard reporting and performance analytics/insights to support markets in understanding their financial performance, trends, and key drivers.
    • Consolidation of risks and opportunities that give insights to key stakeholders which will aid decision making.
    • Closely communicate with BUF and wider FP&A for business performance reporting and analytics.
    • Ad-hoc financial analysis and project work.
    • Support regional SOX compliance deliverables, and internal/external audits.
    • A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance.
    • A Master's MBA or financial certification in CPA/CA or other financial certifications is required.
    • A minimum of five years of finance or accounting.
    • Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
    • Experience with reporting tools such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau
    • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products industries, as well as public accounting
