    Description
    Events Manager, Birmingham, £30-35k+ Working with a team, the successful Events Manager will handle various client accounts and events.


    Overview:

    • Establish client relationships
    • Discuss ideas on theming, set/stage design, signage, etc., with clients
    • Present concepts for approval
    • Plan events from concept to delivery (overseeing on-site preparations and event breakdown)
    • Lead pre-event meetings and conduct post-event debriefs
    • Manage costs and budgets
    • Develop event plans and schedules for clarity
    • Keep clients informed about any additional costs
    • Cultivate relationships with suppliers, vendors, and venues for competitive rates
    • Source/select venues
    • Plan logistics
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
    • Adhere to insurance requirements
    • Enforce health and safety policies and procedures

      • Requirements:
      • Demonstrated background in Event Planning/Management in an Event Agency/Production/Services Company or In-House role
      • Troubleshooting abilities
      • Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
      • UK residency required
      • No sponsorship available, must have full right to remain

      Roles filled encompass Account/Project Managers, Event Managers, Estimators, Sales/New Business, Marketing, Social Media, Web Designers, Graphic Designers, Printers, and more.


      Interiors Division:

      Successfully places candidates in Shopfitting, Interiors, Joinery, and Construction markets across the UK, ranging from independent to multinational companies.

      Roles include Sales/Business Developers, Estimators, Surveyors, Project Managers, Designers, and more.


      Environmental/Services Division:

      Provides recruitment for Water Treatment, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Facilities sectors nationally.

      Successfully filled positions like Technical/Operations/Contracts Manager, Engineers, HSQE professionals, and more.
