£425 - £475 per weekAbout the Role: In this role, you will be providing invaluable support to primary school students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will work closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to create inclusive learning environments and implement strategies to support positive behaviour and academic progress.
Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, focusing on areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels supported and valued.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Criminology, or related field.
Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
Prior experience in education or working with children is desirable but not essential.
