    Description

    Our client are one of the fastest-growing and highest-rated commercial energy suppliers in the UK, we are seeking a Change of Tenancy Manager to join our clients team.

    The Change of Tenancy Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all activities related to Change of Tenancy (COT) across our commercial, sales, and operations departments.

    Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, exceptional communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of the energy sector's regulatory landscape therefore energy experience is a must.


    Change of Tenancy Management:
    Lead and coordinate all aspects of the COT process, ensuring smooth transitions for incoming and outgoing tenants. This involves verifying tenancy changes, updating records, managing COT pricing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.

    Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure all COT activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines set by industry bodies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to processes and procedures.

    Cross-Departmental Coordination:
    Act as the primary liaison between the commercial, sales, and operations departments to ensure a coordinated approach to COT processes


    Data Management and Reporting:
    Generate reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

    Stakeholder Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to support effective COT management.

    Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the energy sector, with a focus on change of tenancy processes.

    Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment governing the energy sector, including Ofgem, Elexon, Xoserve, and the Retail Energy Code (REC).

    Proficiency in data management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
