Kingspan Data and Flooring is a division of the global Kingspan Group, an international manufacturer of construction materials. What will you be doing?

The Executive Assistant will work on a part-time basis (up-to 25 hours per week) to provide high quality and efficient administrative support to the General Manager and other senior management.

Key objectives in your role as Executive Assistant include:

Managing incoming phone calls and emails, event logistics and team meetings.
Supporting the Management Team on diary management, travel arrangements and processing expenses using SAP Concur.
General day-to-day administration such as meeting coordination.
Assisting the wider business with general administrative duties as required i.e. note-taking, data entry, etc.
Producing weekly and monthly reports and sharing with relevant parties.
Active management of the systems and databases, such as SharePoint.
Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality in all aspects of work and be a trusted and professional ambassador for Kingspan.
Adhering to the Company's compliance obligations, policies, processes, and procedures.

What do you need?

Strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail is essential.
PC literate and proficient in the full MS Office suite. Expense management using SAP Concur would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise workloads, ensuring strict deadlines are met.
Comfortable and confident in handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information).
