    Description


    Are you a dedicated Home Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality care in Residential Homes? We're on the lookout for an exceptional individual to take on the role of Home Manager in our client's care home.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference and contribute to our client's vision of becoming the 'go-to' care provider.

    As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a generous annual salary of £52,000.

    They operate an exceptional care home, known for its meticulous design, purposeful construction, and outstanding nursing and residential care for up to 90 adults with diverse needs.

    As the Home Manager, your tasks will include:

    Overseeing the delivery of high standards of person-centred care.
    Managing budgets effectively and promoting financial sustainability.
    Maintaining positive relationships with the Care Quality Commission and the Local Authority.
    Supporting change and improvement initiatives, ensuring care and kindness remain at the heart of all activities

    The ideal candidate for the Home Manager role should have:

    At least 2 years background working as a Registered Home Manager within a Residential or Nursing setting.
    Strong working knowledge of the Care Quality Commission.
    Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
