If so, please come and be part of the Process Transformation Advisory and Consulting team at Wipro's Process Advisory & Application Consulting group.     Roles & Responsibilities

    As a QTC Consulting leader, you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product skills. Your knowledge to design, advice, sell and manage programs, will help define industry and product leading transformation programs. The Process Transformation consulting practice also offers opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and certifications across multiple leading ERP/ CPQ/ business application products (including leading SaaS/Cloud players) and enablers – allowing you to drive opportunities for yourself and Wipro while keeping your career ahead of the curve. The expected responsibilities to be performed in this role are mentioned below.

    • Work with business users to understand and document their business processes and requirements to devise the best-fit quote-to-cash strategy, application architecture and process flow charts
    • Experience in quote-to-cash capacity with any of the following product – Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Infor or ServiceNow. If not, then experience in any pricing optimization tool (like Zilliant, Vendavo or equivalent Trade Promotion tool) can also be accommodated.
    • The Process lead needs to have a minimum 12+ years of leading QTC Transformation, Quote to Order design experience, fulfillment and order orchestration, pricing optimization, shipping and logistics implementation experience for large scale enterprise with global supply chain network
    • Act as a Senior Trusted Advisor for opportunity shared, covering the entire company of a big/complex, multinational quote to cash processes end-to-end.
    • Perform mapping/gapping based on the requirements and be a trusted process advisor of best practices and industry trends in areas involving but not limited to CPQ/ subscription-based Order Management/Shipping on-time/screening Trade Compliance/managing Returns/Invoicing/Credit Management and Payment features for B2B2C model
    • Configure working prototypes in a development sandbox if required and validate and refine prototypes.
    • Adept in implementing touchpoints to ERP capabilities, with design understanding of supply chain imperatives in fulfilling and scheduling all kinds of orders with supplemental skills in any of the listed business capabilities - to name a few but not limited to – Pricing Optimization, Rebates Management, Subscription Billing and Contract Management, Bill of Materials, Global Order promising, Demand Planning, Costing, Production Scheduling and work order management.
    • Preferable experience of CPQ dependencies to ERP and Receivables (Tax, receipts and invoicing) with credit card automation experience (in PaaS or equivalent)
    • Highlight the benefits of recommended approaches and any business process improvements from the suggested solutions.
    • Conduct meetings with business users and IT personnel and publish status and progress reports. During projects, clearly communicate project task status to key stakeholders.
    • Work with IT personnel to highlight any changes needed in the current implementation to achieve business requirements, identify gaps and arrive at gap closure approaches with ability to dwell on pros and cons of technical approaches to address product gaps, business needs
    • Must have a strong understanding of order Management and quoting processes with deep experience of > 5 years in any ERP product
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated organizational skills and detail orientation with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Mandatory Skills:

    • The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of overall business/functional analysis experience, with at least 4-6 years of implementation experience on the QTC platform at onsite
    • Partner with business organizations (Revenue Accounting, Sales Operations, Order Fulfillment, IT, Legal, Support, Finance, etc.) to assist in implementation of process improvements, automation and continuous improvement projects
    • Drive post-acquisition integration related to revenue processes of acquired companies
    • Support revenue related system implementations and perform user acceptance testing
    • Manage projects, action items, and creation of process documentation and training materials
    • Design, test, and execute system implementation to properly account for revenue accounting under SAP, Oracle, Infor, Netsuite, etc.
    • Candidates with equivalent experience in Salesforce or ServiceNow Platform in similar space could be an alternative to traditional ERP exposure
    • Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the quoting and order Management suite of applications, including but not limited to Quoting, Order Management, Planning, Pricing, Subscription Management, Credit Card payment processing, CPQ and Product Hub.
    • Comprehend the order to cash cycle of products and services with the ability to give constructive recommendations on process improvements
    • Manage multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation
    • Manage project updates and internal communication within the organization and represent in cross-functional meetings
    • Drive improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness into QTC processes
