    As the **Head of Operations - Takeaway**, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the takeaway kitchen operations within the organization.

    This position demands a mix of leadership and operational management skills to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the takeaway kitchens.

    Working closely with various teams across the business, the **Head of Takeaway Kitchens** will drive excellence in execution, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.


    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement strategic plans for the takeaway kitchen operations to achieve operational KPIs.

    Kitchen Operations Management:

    Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, stock management, and maintaining high standards for food safety and hygiene.


    Staff Recruitment and Training:

    Lead the recruitment, training, and management of kitchen staff to build a skilled and motivated team that delivers exceptional food quality and KPIs.

    **Performance Monitoring and Analysis**: Track key performance metrics such as sales, labour productivity, stocks, waste, and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.


    Quality Control:

    Establish stringent quality control measures to ensure consistency in food quality, portion sizes, and presentation, aligning with company standards and customer expectations.


    Vendor Management:

    Maintain relationships with food suppliers, stakeholders in the Pasta Factory, and vendors to secure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and materials at competitive prices.


    Health and Safety Compliance:

    Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards to create a safe and hygienic working environment for staff and meet all legal requirements.


    Cost Management:
    Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize food costs, reduce waste, and enhance overall profitability while upholding quality standards.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    Collaborate with teams across departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to synchronize takeaway kitchen activities with overall business goals and objectives.

    **Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, especially in a fast-paced takeaway or delivery kitchen environment.**

    Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to accomplish objectives and enhance performance.

    Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, inventory management, and cost control principles is required.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
    Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards.
