    Job Title:
    Group Finance Director


    Salary:
    c. £250k + bonus


    Location:
    Central London (5 days/week)


    Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a fast growing, global transport & logistics, company in their search for a Group Finance Director.


    Reporting to the CEO, this is a newly created opportunity to develop and drive operational finance transformation projects and shape the impact finance has on the wider business.


    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Defining and creating a best-in-class finance function
    • Developing and implementing first-class reporting, budgeting, and forecasting practices
    • Establishing a rigorous reporting framework for financial risk assessment, including FX risks
    • Supporting with financial strategy and planning
    • Participating in wider corporate management across the group

    Candidate Profile:

    • A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CA/CIMA/ACCA)
    • Prior experience of successfully delivering a Finance
    • Transformation and change management process
    • Proven ability to structure, build and inspire a diverse team during a period of systemic change
    • Experience of optimising technical systems & software
    • Demonstrated capability in supporting business growth
    • Agility to thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment, where priorities evolve at pace and ad-hoc demands are frequent.
    • Ambitious, capacity to grow with the business.
    • Dynamic, driven to succeed and action orientated to solve issues.
