The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced HR PMO and Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month FTC.
You will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our company-wide HR transformation programme as a key member of the regional HR team.
Furthermore, your programme management ability, HR understanding, and cross-functional collaboration will be critical in driving additional key HR projects to accomplish our organisational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and own the preparation for the UK & Ireland HR systemization project, leveraging already implemented great practice, proposing and gaining agreement to the target operating model for success
Provide strategic leadership and direction for project management activities such as regular calls and biweekly substream syncs to ensure seamless collaboration and progress tracking.
Take up day-to-day management of our transformation management platform, leveraging its capabilities to improve operational efficiency.Monitor and assess value capture initiatives, assisting project leads with accurate forecasting and maintaining alignment with the business's objectives.
Utilise your analytical skills to give data-driven insights and reports to the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and workstream leadership, allowing for informed decision-making.
Provide operational direction and support for complex strategic HR projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with overall programme objectives.
Promote synergy and efficiency by facilitating cross-workstream alignment, skillfully managing interdependencies, and fostering cross-regional cooperation.Leverage your comprehensive HR knowledge and expertise to drive projects forward, introducing innovative solutions and best practices to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Skills:
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale HR projects/programs, showcasing a deep understanding of human resources principles and practices.
Outstanding collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Highly proactive and self-reliant in approach to work and able to keep focused and manage progress whilst managing ambiguity and changing priorities.
Proven expertise in program management, consistently delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Extensive experience working on international projects involving diverse teams across multiple time zones and languages, effectively navigating cultural nuances and fostering collaboration.
NOTE:
This role will mainly work within the UK, but require some regional travel, both will on occasion require overnight stays, but this will always be planned in advance.
The role will ideally need someone who can drive and has access to a car for business purposes.Compensation:
