Director Clinical Operations & Project Management
The primary role of the D-COPM will be to provide leadership in clinical operations and project management for OMass' most advanced MC2 program. The D-COPM will support the VP Clinical developing and implementing OMass' clinical development plans. This involves leading clinical operations, managing vendors and CRO, liaising with investigators and managing the budget and timelines. The D-COPM will also be responsible for overseeing the cross-functional project management of the MC2 program and establishing and tracking a detailed project plan.
The successful candidate will possess comprehensive understanding of the clinical operations aspects of drug development with significant and demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry and ideally educational specialization in scientific disciplines, in addition to extensive experience of clinical study management.
