    Responsibilities:

    As the Operations & Strategy Manager, your responsibilities will revolve around optimising complex business processes through automation. This includes conducting detailed evaluations of the impact of new product rollouts on operational teams and establishing stringent quality assurance protocols for manual operations. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in seamlessly managing data analysis and system operations, ensuring a well-coordinated and efficient workflow. Taking ownership of end-to-end project plans, you will actively suggest and implement improvements across the entire project portfolio. Collaboration with stakeholders and team members on business-critical processes is crucial, ensuring seamless coordination and execution aligned with organisational objectives.

    What you will do:

    • Product Integration and Process Development
      • Actively participate in designing innovative business processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Collaborate with product teams to translate new features into streamlined operational processes, including developing comprehensive training programs and internal documentation.
    • Workflow Analysis and Process Optimization:
      • Execute and optimise complex business processes, continuously working to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Conduct end-to-end system flow analysis, implementing optimization strategies, automation solutions, and data-driven improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
    • Quality and Compliance:
      • Ensure organisational compliance with regulations and industry standards, focusing on developing governance frameworks.
      • Identify areas of improvement, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement data-driven strategies iteratively and incrementally.
    • Efficiency and Scalability Planning:
      • Analyse current processes, optimise workflows, and plan for scalability by managing workloads and resource allocation.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting:
      • Leverage data analytics to provide insights into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for informed decision-making.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in operational excellence and continuous optimization.
    • Practical experience in performing and optimising large-scale processes.
    • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and business acumen.
    • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies, industry trends, and changing business needs, ensuring continuous alignment with best practices.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to various stakeholders.
