    RM Medics are seeking the appointment of an International Medical Recruitment Manager to join our growing team of recruitment professionals.

    Our team provide successful placement of candidates whilst building and maintaining long term relationships with our clients.
    Maintaining high standards is paramount as we supply to NHS Hospitals across the UK. Could you become an integral part of the team that helps to deliver this?
    The 360 management of international recruitment projects for health and social personnel on behalf of our NHS clients.

    • Develop and present specific project plans relevant to the requirements and services of our clients.
    • Source and attract candidates for permanent clinical vacancies into the NHS.
    • Full compliance with the Code of Practice for International Recruitment.
    • Advertise international vacancies and coordinate bespoke recruitment events outside the UK.
    • Managing any OCSE training requirements.
    • Manage all pre-arrival and post-arrival pastoral care of successful candidates to assist with their relocation and successful integration into the UK.
    • Recent experience working in the international recruitment sector for health and medical personnel into permanent positions within the NHS.
    • Experience in planning an international recruitment project from beginning to end and being the main contact point for the client.
    • Experience in how to attract and secure quality candidates from overseas.
    • Confidence in presenting a sales pitch to clients, drafting recruitment project plans, and planning and executing effective candidate attraction strategies.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Code of Practice for International Recruitments, visa requirements and sponsorship licences.
    • Knowledge of the international medical market and the best countries to recruit from.
    • An existing network of in-country partners to source relevant talent.
    • Strong time management and organisational skills
