    Join Our Team as a Sales and Reservations Manager in Central London

    Our client is not your typical hotel or travel consultancy. They offer a unique hybrid working model, with 1-2 days in the office per week, and a 35-hour workweek.

    About the Role: As a Sales and Reservations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our sales operations. You'll lead a dedicated team, manage booking systems, drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance client experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily sales and reservations tasks.
    • Lead and support a team to create a collaborative and high-performing customer service environment.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient use of booking platforms.
    • Analyze sales data to spot trends and opportunities.
    • Cultivate relationships with key clients.
    • Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless customer journey.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated sales management and team leadership experience.
    • Proficiency in working with booking systems.
    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A proactive approach to solving problems and making decisions.
