    Reservations Manager - Luxury Brasserie

    Location: Hammersmith & Fulham

    Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience

    Schedule: 48 hours - 7 Shifts (Flexible)

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team as a Reservations Manager at a high-volume establishment in West London. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong background in restaurant floor management, exceptional hospitality skills, and proficiency with reservation management software.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the establishment, with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality.
    • Manage reservations and seating arrangements using 7Rooms and Tripleseat software.
    • Lead from the front by working the door and reception, greeting guests, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
    • Train and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
    • Assist with administrative tasks and office duties as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience (4+ years) in high-volume establishments, preferably in a restaurant floor management role.
    • Proficiency with reservation management software such as 7Rooms and Tripleseat.
    • Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
    • Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and work effectively under pressure.
    • Ideally based in West London or able to commute easily to the location.
    • Previous experience in a restaurant floor role is highly desirable.
