    Reservations Manager - London

    We are looking for an experienced Reception Manager to join our team at The Coal Shed.

    The Coal Shed London celebrates coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat's Persian roots by cooking over fire.

    Located moments away from Tower Bridge, the restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast.

    Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed London is a modern open-plan grill restaurant with a private dining room and cocktail bar.

    As a Reception Manager, you will passionate, driven, and enthusiastic about working in an environment that has a neighbourhood feel with atmosphere that feels like an extension of you family, delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your passion, flexibility and leadership skills mean you have the experience to oversee the reception and support the rest of the management team to ensure the smooth running of the service

    Our Reception Manager

    Are self-motivated natural team player that thrives under pressure.

    Experience in a high-volume restaurant
    A genuine passion for delivering and exceptional guest experience
    Enthusiastic and confident figure who is able to motivate and inspire the team in a busy environment
    Maintain a professional manner while under pressure
    Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
    Are eligible to work full-time in the UK
