    Reservations Manager - Luxury Brasserie

    Location: Hammersmith & Fulham

    Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience

    Schedule: 48 hours - 7 Shifts (Flexible)

    About the Position: Are you ready to take on the challenge of leading reservations at a top-notch brasserie in West London? We are on the lookout for a skilled Reservations Manager to join our team. If you have a knack for hospitality management, excel in providing exceptional services, and are proficient in reservation software, this role is tailored for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Handle reservations and seating through specialized software
    • Welcome and assist guests at the door and reception
    • Train and support front-of-house staff to uphold service standards
    • Address customer inquiries and issues professionally
    • Assist with administrative tasks as required

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years experience in high-volume establishments
    • Proficiency in reservation software like 7Rooms and Tripleseat
    • Dedication to exceptional service delivery
    • Hands-on leadership and ability to work well under pressure
    • Located in or near West London
    • Prior restaurant floor experience preferred
