    Description
    Is this the role for you?
    Commercial Operations facilitates the sales and licensing efforts of International Content Distribution. Primarily working with the EMEA sales executives, Commercial Operations supports fundamental processes, from initial sales lead through deal approval in CRM, to complex analytical support to measure deal integrity and drive revenue
    What will you be doing?
    Operational support to assist sales negotiations, including coordinating with finance group on business models, and building deal analysis.
    Maintain individual sales budget planner and prepare budgets.
    Pull raw data and prepare analytical models for historical sales/research projects.
    Coordinate sales decks, strategic marketing campaigns and client presentations
    Monitor CRM deal workflow tasks including customer setup, customer maintenance, deal entry and approval routing
    Build and enter deal memo and commercial deal changes in CRM
    Carry out business and usage rules
    Coordinate with regional sales, deal management and internal groups as needed during deal preparation and deal management
    Field customer inquiries at the direction of Sales, and coordinate with internal groups as needed
    Find opportunities to increase material availability
    Maintain self-published SVOD and AVOD sites and coordinate avail curation with regional sales executives
    Uphold franchise and library management with Content Distribution team
    What are we looking for?
    Essential
    Vast experience, preferably with entertainment and/or international background
    Desirable
    Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
    Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power Point, and Excel
    Proficiency in design software a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator)
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle time efficiently to meet deadlines
    Familiar with a variety of industry concepts and properties
    Ability to work well under pressure
    Self-motivated, pro-active
