    Description

    We are currently engaged with an Independent Property Surveyor who are seeking an enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join their growing team to cover London and the South East.

    The ideal candidate will either be degree qualified or will hold a HNC or HND in building studies and have experience in surveying buildings for defects and deterioration. You will be required to undertake Surveys on domestic properties and provide detailed reports utilising the clients in house survey app.

    The surveys which you will likely manage will include:

    • Damp and moisture ingress surveys
    • Building condition surveys
    • Homebuyers surveys
    • Cavity wall surveys
    • Roof leak surveys

    Please note that there will be some driving involved to the survey locations, and the client is seeking a flexible person to cover the surveys required (generally two per day).

    Requirements:

    • Preferably degree qualified (HNC or HND will be considered)
    • 5+ years building surveying experience
    • Able to work without supervision with excellent organisational skills
    • Full clean driving licence
    • An up to date CRB check will be required
