    The Associate Project Managerwill support the (Senior) Project Manager/ Associate ProjectDirector in Management of the projects in accordance with companypolicies SOPs regulatory requirements in addition to financial andcontractualobligations.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicateswith clients to successfully manage therelationship.
    • Maintainssound businesspractices
    • Activelycontributes to the organization and development of processes toenhance the workatTFS
    • Perform tasks asoutlined below based on delegation by the line manager and / orprojectmanager
    • SupportsPM in delivery of projects ontime within scope and within budgetand in compliancewith applicable qualitystandards.
    • Support thePM with budget setup budget review invoicing tracking of change(s)in scopeand PassThrough Costs asappropriate
    • Supportsthe PMin developmentand maintenanceof ProjectPlansand
      timelines fortheir project and trackprogress.
    • Support thePM in development and maintenance of other steering documents suchasMonitoringPlan
    • Ensuring togetherwith the study team that Study Master File is being initiatedmaintainedandclosed/archived
    • Setupand maintenance of study information in the Clinical TrialManagement System as perdelegation fromthe PM/CRA(s)
    • CoordinatesStudy Supplies
    • Assistsin studyreporting
    • Ensuresarrangement of internal and externalmeetings
    • Takesactively part in study team meetings and is responsible for meetingminutes
    • Assists inactivities associated with audits andinspections
    • Supportsthe study team in all regulatory processes (IEC/IRBs/CA) includingsubmission ofinitial application andamendments
    • Assists thestudy team in management of contracts such as site agreementspharmacyagreements
    • ManagesInvestigator Payments as delegated byPM/CRA(s)
    • Supports thePM coordinating and handling translations in a project according toScope ofWork
    • SupportsCRA(s) with remote monitoring activities if applicable includingcollection ofdocuments followup on data entry and queryresolution
    • Support thePM with VendorManagement
    • Ensuresdelivery of projects ontime within scope and within budget and incompliance with
      applicable qualitystandards.
    • Manages thestrategic aspects of studies and identifies analyzes andminimizes/mitigatesany risk including the implications of differenttechnical and operationalchoices.
    • Develops andmaintains Project Plans and timelines for their project and trackprogress.
    • Ensures workof CTA is according to quality standards and within financialbudgetandtimelines
    • Ensuresthat all study team members are adequately trained on projectspecific systemsandprocedures
    • Measuresand evaluates project performance if appropriate under guidance ofmore seniorteammember
    • Reports andescalates to management asneeded

    Requirements

    • Clinicalresearch experience preferrably inOphthalmology
    • BachelorsDegree and/or equivalent work experiencepreferred
    • Knowledge ofGCP/ICHguidelines
    • Goodwritten and communicationskills
    • Goodorganizational and multitaskingskills
    • Good softwareand computerskills
    • Able to work ina fastpaced environment with changingpriorities
    • Intuitiveproactive teamplayer
    • Effective timemanagement
