    Mortgage & Insurance Adviser – Self Employed | You can be based anywhere in the Country | Full Time | Flexitime/Monday to Friday/Weekend availability | Commission based salaryAre you a seasoned and self-motivated Mortgage & Insurance Adviser seeking an exciting opportunity to shape your success?Then look no furtherFounded in East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, our client offers both mortgage and insurance advice across Scotland and England.

    As a self-employed adviser, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and build your success in a supportive and collaborative environment.

    The available roles offer highly lucrative commission splits, up to 90% depending on your performance, which can result in substantial earnings, especially for top performers.

    There is an uncapped OTE, and the most successful individuals in this firm currently enjoy earnings exceeding £75,000.The firm fosters a genuine "Team Spirit," facilitated by regular and beneficial team meetings that provide valuable insights for everyone involved.

    Additionally, the firm places a strong emphasis on prioritising the customer's best interests, particularly in advocating for protection services.

    The ideal candidate will align with this ethos and be able to demonstrate that safeguarding the customer is a crucial aspect of their role within Mortgage Advisory.
