    The job is 3 days a week in the Wst Midlands. Must be able to re locate to West Midlands
    Salary: £73K - £85K per year plus a potential 25% bonus on top Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to FridayWe are recruiting for a Customer Success Manager for a brilliant tech SAAS business, who make a market leading tech subscription platform that saves money on purchases for large scale enterprises.

    More about the role

    * Broad scope SAAS Customer Success Manager role, looking after some clients just won in Germany

    * Looking after the portfolio of customers in the DACH and UK markets

    * Making sure they are making the most of the platform

    * Upselling and cross selling other additions

    * Managing a small team in addition

    * Fluent German speaking, able to relocate to be in the Midlands 5 days per week

    * Around 3 years experience working in another customer success role
