Surestep Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading finance brokerage company based near Fareham.
Established over 11yrs ago my client has organically grown their business to be a leading provider of financial solutions for companies up and down the country. Due to further plans for growth they are now looking to welcome new Business Development Executives to the business.
Experience in Asset Finance is not required but a desire to learn and grow is essential. This is a challenging role but under expert supervision you will be enhancing your skills and knowledge to advance your career with a structured development path.

Worried this is another sales role, don't be, we have worked with this client for a number of years and they really do change the perception of business development.
We are keen to speak with anyone who has the desire to build a career and the enthusiasm to learn the finance brokerage industry.
Salary base range £23-£27K OTE £35-£40K uncapped
