    Join Insignia as our International Director for Lifestyle Boutique


    Insignia is seeking a talented professional to lead our Lifestyle Boutique (LSB) on a global scale. If you have a passion for luxury lifestyle services, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement an optimal operating model for LSB.
    • Create a growth plan for global expansion.
    • Drive talent strategy to align with business goals.
    • Open new LSB offices in key locations.
    • Analyze and develop relationships with luxury brands and service providers.
    • Enhance client servicing by forming new alliances with luxury brands.
    • Optimize client request processing and quality control.
    • Lead performance assessment of business functions.
    • Manage largest corporate accounts globally.
    • Participate in negotiations and expand business partnerships.
    • Set and implement team KPIs with regular performance reporting.

    Professional Requirements:


    If you have over 10 years of leadership experience in lifestyle management, VIP travel, or luxury servicing, excellent knowledge of luxury brands, and a background in operational change management, we want to hear from you You should also demonstrate strong innovative thinking and organizational management skills. Additionally, experience in CRM system development and fluency in English (with proficiency in a second language) are preferred.
